Thanks very much, I truly enjoyed my stay. The place was well presented and restaurant was lovely. Stayed in a new-fashioned and functional room with excellent facilities. The location was good, the staff were excellent. The hotel was set in a commercial area.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the center of Cognac. The value for money was outstanding, with excellent prices that made the stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail at this hotel was superb, from the comfortable beds to the rooms with excellent facilities. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast had a surprisingly good selection, including fresh orange juices and many food options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect and there's nothing that could be improved.

This is a sort of Travel Inn type hotel on the main road into town. However, the staff were incredibly helpful going the extra mile to help me with phone calls in French, finding transport and generally extremely kind. The food was pretty good too, which I certainly was not expecting at this sort of hotel. The swimming pool is a bonus too. Thoroughly recommended!

This hotel is a perfect base for exploring Cognac, only a short walk from the center and situated right off the highway. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and some even have a view. the staff is friendly and welcoming, providing outstanding service. the breakfast buffet is excellent, with a good selection of fresh bread and cheese. There is also a beautiful outdoor pool and a lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel lacks nearby evening meal options, so it may be necessary to venture further for dinner.

Excellent personal service. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive management team, we were treated like honored guests throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast and made full use of the pool. a great experience.

The family room here is modern and stylish, and the breakfast is decent, with a comfortable bed being a highlight; besides, its central location is convenient for getting to Limoges airport.

The beds were big, I slept well. Location: the hotel was not far from Cognac or the region, and Close to steak restaurant. Quick bites Burger king was 400 metres away from the place.

We loved the friendly and cute staff, along with the great hotel facilities. Our room was clean and had air conditioning, and the breakfast had a nice variety of options. The outdoor pool was excellent with plenty of seating, and the hotel's location just off the main highway and near the center of town made transportation easy.

Spent Easter at a cozy hotel close to the town center, with a great breakfast selection that included fresh orange juice and eggs, bacon, and toast. The staff was amazing, always smiling and kind, and even helped us with our laundry needs. Loved the billiard room, perfect for chill evenings, and the location was ideal for exploring the city and its surroundings.

Couldn't think of any negative experiences. The only slight downside was the lack of on-site parking, but we easily found a spot on the street nearby.

That the pool could only be accessed by a 2-step ladder, making it difficult for people with mobility issues to enjoy. the hotel's location was not ideal for me as it was not directly on my planned route.
